ProDessus respects the privacy of clients, members and personnel and of those who visit its web site (www.prodessus.eu). 
All information submitted to us will not be used in any way without written or otherwise expressed consent. ProDessus does not analyze its web page traffic nor makes any re-routing or other forwarding of visitors.

Personal details or any other identifiable information about you, from one or several questionnaires that you may be asked need to fill out and/or one or several case studies you may be involved, may be collected and treated during these specific projects.

The information that you provide to us, voluntarily and under no obligation, is archived and is used to process your request and provide you with responses, advice, etc. It is not given neither transferred nor sold to any third party.

Information that we collect from you, in electronic or paper format, is used only for internal purposes (from ProDessus personnel exclusively).

ProDessus’ web site, includes links to other Internet websites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices on use, dissemination or handling in general of personal information.


ProDessus reserves the right to amend this privacy regulation at any time in accordance with the Act of 8th December 1992 (and the Royal Decree of 13th February 2001 implementing the Act of 8th December 1992 on the protection of privacy in relation to the processing of personal data) on the protection of privacy. All legislation, national or European is respected, including General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
